A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will move your web site(s) to our ultramodern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unnecessary downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you for free!We have qualified administrators whose chief task is to ensure that your website performs precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are many variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to migrate your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: Yep. We’ll require the name of the web site that you would like us to migrate. We will also need a means to access your current web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we’ll have with you as a customer. We’re dedicated to protecting the security of the private information gathered from the customers. To do that, we use technical safety measures so as to avoid the loss, the misapplication, the alteration or the unlawful disclosure of the information under our control. The security measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to safeguard and secure the information that we collect online. When we request customers to supply financial info (for example, a debit card number), this info is secured using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

A: Nah. Your website will remain fully operational during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will need to do is change your domain’s DNS records.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
